Monday (2/20) — ReelAbilities Houston Film Festival continues with Mental Health Night featuring two films, Bumblebees and Patrick’s Day. This is in partnership with Houston Police Department and Houston Fire Department. Movies are 7 pm – 9:15 pm. Free tickets are available at reelabilitieshouston.org. This is located at Edwards Greenway Plaza, 3839 Weslayan.

Tuesday (2/21) — Take advantage of free Tai Chi each Tuesday, 9 am, at Katy’s Central Green Park. This practice helps you center your mind, body and spirit. Located at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd.

Wednesday (2/22) — Bring your toddler to Kidtastic on The Square Wednesday, 10 am – 11:30 am. Join Gymboree Play & Music for a morning of fun. This is geared to kids ages one to four. Located at The Square at Memorial City, 303 Memorial Way.

Wednesday (2/22) — City Hall Farmers Market returns Wednesday for spring season. Shop from more than 30 vendors around City Hall featuring fresh produce grown by local farmers, cheeses, breads, roasted coffees, and a variety of prepared meals, as well as food trucks. Buy a fresh lunch, watch chef demos and more. Hours are 11 am – 1:30 pm. Located at 901 Bagby.

Wednesday (2/22) — Don’t miss Nature Story Time, a free story time for preschoolers with a variety of fun: live animals, puppets, short nature walks, crafts or songs and nature stories. This is held at Nature Discovery Center, 7112 Newcastle.

Thursday (2/23) — Enjoy seven museums for free each Thursday in Houston’s Museum District.

Friday (2/24) — Kids can get creative at Abrakadoodle Home School Art Class. The free class introduces children (2.5 to 5 years) to artists, art vocabulary and the styles and techniques of the masters, while focusing on individual expression.
