Casting Call for Spider-Man Broadway Show

ANY BUDDING ACTORS OR ACTRESSES IN HOUSTON looking for a shot at Broadway?  Then this might be your lucky chance!  Open casting calls for Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark will be held in Austin this Wednesday, May 27, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.  The casting company is seeking principals and understudies with dynamic rock/pop voices for the roles of Peter Parker (age 16-20s), Mary Jane (age 16-20s) and the Female Lead villain (25 – 35 years old).  Regardless of experience, anyone who thinks they might be qualified is encouraged to audition.  Austin is the final stop on the production’s nationwide casting tour.  This Spider-Man production, featuring music and lyrics by Bono and The Edge (from U2), opens in New York City in February 2010.
