Houston-Area Easter Egg Hunts in 2013

There are many opportunities for Easter egg hunts in Houston! Local businesses, communities and neighborhood churches celebrate Easter weekend with traditional (and helicopter-style) Easter egg hunt for the kids. Community Hunts with Sugar Creek Baptist Church

Sugar Creek Baptist members are sponsoring 11 community Easter egg hunts as an outreach to the community this Saturday. See list of the different community hunts at various apartments, community club houses, playgrounds, and churches in Sugar Land, Missouri City and more. More than 5,000 guests attended the egg hunts last year.

Blessington Farms

Don’t miss the last free Saturday for farmland fun at Blessington Farms! Easter egg hunt will be throughout the day. Entrance is free, but the egg hunt is $3/child. Kids can do the egg hunt at their leisure and find 10 eggs. Bring them to entrance to redeem for candy and prizes. More free fun includes sand mountain, pedal cars, hay ride, and more. Strawberry picking is $5/pound.

    Tom Peacock Nissan is hosting an Easter event to benefit Kids’ Meals, Inc. on Saturday March 30, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission to the event is free but a donation for Kids’ Meals, Inc. is encouraged. Donations of canned goods, juice boxes, easy mac, fruit cups, peanut butter, granola bars, plastic sandwich bags, gas/ gift cards, or similar items are suggested donation items and are being collected from now until the event at Tom Peacock Nissan.

    The Easter Event at Tom Peacock Nissan will feature lunch, refreshments, dessert, an Easter bunny, face painting, a balloon artist, local radio stations including Mega 101 FM and 107.9 FM, and much more. There will also be live entertainment and members of Lakewood offering prayer and giving everyone a chance to see Jesus in a more intimate way. It’s gonna be a lot of fun!
