Bring your lunch and head to Da Camera’s free lunchtime concert this Wednesday, February 4, at noon in the Wortham Theater Center lobby (500 Texas at Smith).  “Cultural Encounters through Music” features a shadow puppet play and works by Debussy and William Grant Still.  Timothy Hester (piano), Anne Leek, (oboe), and Aralee Dorough (flute), are featured musicians.

The monthly series, A Little Day Music, is held the first Wednesday of each month, October through May. It features a variety of live music and drawings for tickets to upcoming Da Camera’s events.  Waste Management and KUHF 88.7 FM are sponsors.  These monthly concerts fulfill the organization’s mission to make chamber music and jazz accessible to everyone and part of every day life.
