Have kids? Then this could be an important topic for your household — encouraging kids to eat more healthy. Don’t miss this free technique class this weekend at Williams-Sonoma:

March 24-25: Healthy Cooking for Kids — Children are invited to attend with an adult! Learn to prepare fruits and vegetables that will appeal to kids, plus ways they can help make these family-friendly dishes at home.

Williams-Sonoma offers free in-store cooking and technique classes. Sundays are typically tech class days. These technique classes are free, but reservations are recommended to reserve your spot.

Times vary by location: Sundays at 11 am, 1 pm, Town & Country Village (713.827.8056); Sundays at noon, Highland Village (713.212.0346); Sundays at 2 pm, The Woodlands Mall (281.298.6915); Sundays at noon, Baybrook Mall (281.480.1705); plus 11 am Saturday and 1:30 pm Sunday at First Colony Mall (281.313.1180).
