February 5 is a big day if you love pancakes! Get your appetite ready for IHOP’s National Pancake Day February 5, 2013. Between 7 am – 10 pm, customers will receive a free short stack of IHOP buttermilk pancakes. One short stack per person for dine-in only.

The 8th annual event is also a partnership to raise money for local charities. In return for free pancakes, IHOP asks folks to consider making a donation, with hopes of raising $3 million for Children’s Miracle Network and other local charities. Since 2006, the food retailer has raised more than $10 million since it started National Pancake Day.
