It’s another national food holiday! Today is National Taco Day. Here are two Houston venues celebrating with free or cheap deals:
Pollo Campero — This Latin chicken restaurant chain is offering a free taco (with purchase) today, October 4. There are three Houston-area locations: 4701 Washington Ave., Missouri City, and Webster. (Thanks to Suddenly Frugal for this tip!)
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop –This taco chain that started in Fort Worth is serving up $1 tacos Thursday, October 4, for its National Taco Day celebration. Dine-in only, excluding fajita tacos. Find Fuzzy’s in Missouri City and Beaumont.

Torchy’s Tacos off of South Shepherd is making any taco “trashy” (adding delicious queso) for free! Usually they charge 50 cents. Treat yourself to a trashy Trailer Park taco!
