Houston’s annual, free outdoor summer musical kicks off tomorrow, July 17! For more than 40 years, Houstonians have experienced a free outdoor summer musical sponsored by Theater Under the Stars. And this summer is no different!  This year’s performance features Yankee Doodle Dandy with familiar songs written by George M. Cohan (a musical theatre revolutionary) including “You’re a Grand Old Flag” and “Give My Regards to Broadway.”

The show runs at Miller Outdoor Theatre, 8:15 pm, July 17-22. Free tickets in the covered reserved seating section are available at the Miller Outdoor Theatre Box Office on performance day from 10:30 am – 1 pm.  Miller Outdoor Theatre is located at 6000 Hermann Park Drive.
