The stress induced by COVID-19 has caused an overwhelming amount of anxiety around the world. From stay at home orders getting pushed back to school closures and work layoffs, this has been a trying time for many. Well, several Houston area CBD shops have recognized this and are here to help the best way they know how.

Amid the coronavirus outbreak several Houston area CBD shops have had the similar idea to start giving away free CBD oils.

Owner of the Hydroshack Hydroponics in the Heights Chris Powers commented on this stating, “I was skeptical, admittedly, until a couple of years ago that I actually tried it and it was life changing for me.”

He is also teaming up with Oil Well CBD to give away free samples of CBD oils this week.

Hydroshack Hydroponics also has food and everything you need to start growing your own vegetables.

Information provided by the CDC states that stress during an infectious disease and an outbreak can also contain an outbreak of fear and worry. This concern can include worries about your own health and the health of loved ones.

This fear and anxiety can start to affect your sleeping and eating patterns. And can even make concentrating harder. Not to mention the worsening of chronic health issues.

If CBD oils have the power to help with all this stress why not try it? It’s free.

If you’re not sure how to use CBD oil, no problem because they come in different forms. You can choose between rolls or CBD tinctures filled with the oil.

If you’re looking to get your hands on some free CBD oil the sample giveaway will begin on Tuesday, March 31. It will last until Friday, April 2.

The CBD giveaway will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm at 1138 W. 20th St. Houston, Texas 77008. People will be able to pick up their free CBD oil in a drive-thru at the shop.

Hydroshack Hydroponics isn’t the only one giving away free CBD oil. Four other locations of American Shaman CBD stores in Houston will also be giving away products.

The Montrose location of American Shaman will be handing out free CBD gummy samples and 2 oz. bottles of hand sanitizer along with it.

CBD or cannabidiol, is a chemical that is derived from the marijuana plant. Although experts have stated that CBD on its own does not give its users any high.
