Sponsored by Shell. The 17th annual ABC Earth Day E-Cycle Drive is calling Houstonians to drop off their e-waste, making Houston a better and cleaner place.
E-waste includes old computers, monitors, printers, cellphones, and other electronics.
Note that only five items per car are allowed.

Earth Day Discovery Green Conservancy and the Citizens’ Environmental Coalition are partnering for this year’s Green Mountain Energy Earth Day featuring the Houston Public Works Water Works Festival.
It’s going to be all about art! Artists, with their artworks, will show you the beauty of the world and move your minds and hearts. These pieces will urge you to take action.
Plus, there will be fun activities, interactive exhibits, educational experiences, live music, face painting, arts and crafts activities, and so much more!

Planet Earth Celebration at Space Center

You’re invited to visit the Space Center and enjoy exclusive activities, activations, and more for the annual Planet Earth Celebration!
You’ll get to see how special and amazing our planet is and learn what you can do to sustain, conserve, and preserve our natural resources.
And at 1 pm on Sunday at the Space Center Theater, watch a live broadcast from the Gulf of Mexico. Experience sea science in real-time as experts work on restoring deep-sea habitats that were impacted by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
You’ll learn about corals, fish, and how technology makes restoration possible thousands of feet below surface level.
