Join Discovery Green for a free Tai Chi class every Friday starting at noon! Tai Chi is a historic, Chinese martial art practice that focuses on slow, meditative movements. Tai Chi is shown to improve the overall quality of life in many ways. Bring your friends and family to learn and move together at this fun, weekly event.
Learn Tai Chi to energize your body while relaxing your mind. This class is open to all ages and skill levels. Anyone who is motivated to maintain and increase their health is welcome to join. You will also increase your sense of gratitude and connection to the world. No registration is required, but participants must sign a waiver upon arrival. Please bring a towel and water, as well as a mat if you have one. Four Dragons Institute presents this Tai Chi class every Friday.
