Tai Chi at Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center

An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Wednesday, repeating until May 30, 2018
Every Wednesday, join Doug Ebeling – a volunteer Tai Chi instructor – as he leads a class based on the 24 step Yang form of this ancient meditative art. Bring your friends or family or go alone to try a new healthy outdoor activity.
The class is 1 hour and includes low-impact stretching, breathing techniques, and range of motion exercises. All of this will be held in the outdoor classroom near the nature center. The class is every Wednesday at 9am. Beginners and experienced practitioners all welcome.
