houston stores open easter

Easter Sunday is upon us, and while the holiday already normally affects which stores are open and closed, things are even crazier than usual this year with only essential businesses allowed to operate during these uncertain times. If you need to get out and make an essential supply run this Easter, some stores will be open in Houston with limited hours. Other stores will be closed on Easter to give their employees a break during this difficult period.

Keep in mind, that this situation is obviously very fluid and things are subject to change at a moment’s notice. At the time of this writing, here are the stores we know will be open and closed on Easter in Houston.

Remember, you can avoid going to the store altogether and limit the risk to you and your loved ones by using grocery delivery services.

Services like Instacart, Favor, and others allow you to place orders at local grocery stores from your phone and have your purchases delivered to your door. They offer contactless delivery options now as well so your delivery driver will leave your order at your doorstep and you don’t have to come into contact with them.
