Online fundraising platform Omaze has teamed up with Watt’s foundation for the opportunity of a lifetime. The grand prize winner will score the pickup truck, $100,000 toward a new home or existing home mortgage and a luxurious hotel stay in Houston to meet Watt.
And the best part is that it’s all for a good cause. The Justin J. Watt Foundation provides after-school opportunities for middle school students to help get them involved in athletics and, along the way, learn about teamwork, leadership and work ethic skills. More than $5 million has been donated through the life of the foundation.
So, how can you help out this great cause and enter for a chance to win the ultimate grand prize? First, head over here and then pick a donation level. The more you donate the more entries you get. A $10 donation gets you 100 entries. For $50, you’ll be entered 1000 times, an even better value with double entries! If you have $5,000 to donate to a good cause, you’ll have 50,000 entries.
If you want to simply participate without a donation, that’s also an option, but remember this is all to support a great cause!
A winner is slated to be drawn in December. If you’re the lucky one, flights and hotel for you and a guest will be covered, in addition to the truck’s sales tax and shipping costs. (If you want, you can also take a cash lump sum of $136,641 and you would be responsible for all applicable taxes).
