Looking for something to do in Houston this weekend on the cheap? Lucky for you, Macaroni Grill is celebrating its birthday, and you’re invited.

Macaroni Grill is celebrating the brand’s 30th birthday by offering guests a special birthday meal for one weekend only. On Saturday April 21 and Sunday April 22, diners can order any two pasta dishes and a slice of chocolate birthday cake for just $30. Entrées can be chosen from any of the dishes under the Pasta section of Macaroni Grill’s menu, including popular options like Penne Rustica and Butternut Tortellaci. Guests will also be given a complimentary sample of Macaroni Grill’s popular Piattos, and select bottles of wine will be on sale for $20.

As part of the special birthday weekend promotion, all guests who dine this weekend will also be gifted a “birthday card” coupon worth $10 off of their next meal of $30 or more. Those birthday cards are valid through May 15th. Guests can also enter a drawing for a trip to Italy both in-restaurant and online though May 15th.

Romano’s Macaroni Grill was founded in San Antonio, Texas in 1988 by restaurateur Phillip J. Romano. The franchise rights were sold a year later, and now there are 98 Macaroni Grill locations worldwide serving a wide range of Italian-American dishes in a family-friendly atmosphere.

There are four Macaroni Grill locations in the Houston area. If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to treat you and someone special this weekend, don’t miss this special 30th birthday promotion.
