This truly ‘magical’ place will feature eye-catching themed displays and more than six million lights — a festive holiday event that brings the wonder and magic of the winter season to life through stunning light displays, multicultural interpretations of the traditional holiday light show, and interactive activities.
Visitors can stroll through the event and take in the beautiful lights as they participate in various activities like sightseeing at the lantern attractions, enjoying carnival rides, playing games, meeting iconic holiday characters, and so much more!

One of the newest additions is Circus Espana 2022!
This unique experience whisks visitors away to an exotic location in the 1920s, where a mysterious clock that strikes once a year awakens a frozen town and brings astonishing acts to life.
This bonus feature, which requires an additional admission fee, will keep visitors entertained with everything from juggling challenges to aerial acrobats and an exciting conclusion!

Please take note that Festival Admission is needed for you to be able to enter the carnival and circus. Also, online sales end at 4:30 p.m. for the day but tickets will still be available for purchase on-site.
Magical Winter Lights Houston 2022 – Schedule for 2022-23 season

This 45-day holiday festival fills 20 acres of outdoor space with Chinese lantern masterpieces, some of which are 60 feet tall and the size of Texas. It has successfully become the biggest holiday event in Houston and the biggest lantern festival in the country.
That said, make sure not to miss the dates & hours of operation of this fantastic event, so you can carefully plan your visit together with your family and loved ones!
The Baytown Magical Winter Lights opened November 18, 2022, and will be open until January 7, 2023. They’ll be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays to Thursdays and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. They are also open on holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Note, however, that in case of inclement weather, it will be closed so as not to jeopardize anyone’s safety. Tickets purchased on canceled dates due to weather can still be used as a rain check.
