As an art-lover, Miller Outdoor Theatre Dream Stream is an exciting opportunity for you to enjoy the beauty of arts from anywhere. The series comprises a range of world-class performances from some talented artists. The event begins on July 14, and for spring and summer, its daytime children’s performances will remain virtual. So, you can enjoy them from your home and school. The performance will be available at 10 AM starting on the performance date and stream on Miller Outdoor Theatre’s Facebook page, the Miller Event Page, and its YouTube channel.

Express Theatre Presents: Aztec Princess (Wednesday, July 14, 10 AM Through Tuesday, July 20, 5 PM)

The Aztec Princess will tell two classic Mexican fables about making good choices and teaching English and Spanish vocabulary along the way. The event is fun for all ages and features educational values and social/ emotional skills. It is written by Epig Dominguez, and the director and performer is Cynthia Leal.

Express Theatre Presents: Rhyme & Reason (Thursday, July 15, 10 AM Through Wednesday, July 21, 5 PM)

Rhyme & Reason is a remarkable event that comprises music, dance, and performance presenting Black History from ancient Africa to the present day. It features poetry by Houston Poet Laureate Emeritus Deborah DEEP Mouton and members of her slam poetry team. Additionally, it will have a special appearance by the world’s first African American prima ballerina, Lauren Anderson (from the Houston Ballet)
