Moody Gardens and Galveston Island Bridal Group have come together to plan An Island Wedding Show. With this event, the subtropical island resort will witness the first bridal show of its kind to be hosted at the magical location.
On the afternoon of 23 May, newly engaged couples are invited to Moody Gardens resort to take a look at all the wedding facilities and services available on Galveston Islands and actually interact with wedding professionals and vendors. Would-be brides can talk to as many as 40 different local wedding vendors, taste delectable chef presentations and even check out hair and make-up demonstrations. There will be tons of florists, caterers, bakeries, musicians and officiants for the couples to discuss everything including centerpieces, desserts and even the song for their first dance.

Guests can also take a walk through the island resort which is a wonderful venue in itself for hosting the big day. Couples have a wide variety of spots to choose from to make their vows.

An Island Wedding Show will be held on Sunday, 23 May 2021 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Tickets are $10 and all proceedings will be directed towards the Moody Gardens Conservation Fund.
