The Houston Grub Park opened on Saturday, July 24, with an opportunity for Black chefs to showcase their culinary skills through several new (a number of food trucks are being introduced for the first time) food trucks in the park, located at 1615 S Loop W, Houston, TX 77054.

These black-owned trucks also give you a chance to relish a diverse range of delicacies and cuisine types that include Fusion, American food, Mexican, Cajun/ Creole, seafood, barbecue, soul food, healthy/grilled, and of course ice cream!

Trap Kitchen Hibachi

Trap Kitchen began its culinary journey in Crompton, California, by celebrity chefs “Spank & News” who garnered national attention with their unique underground delicacies through Instagram. Trap offers entrees comprising fried rice or garlic noodles (main), steak, shrimp, chicken (protein), and veggie medleys/ mixed veggies. Some ‘not everyday’ items include pineapple bowls and a few add-ons to make your visit to the truck even more exciting.

We Got Wings & More

We Got Wings & More is famous for American food, seafood, and chicken delicacies. The truck offers freshly cooked meals, coupled with incredible sauces and flavors. Some menu items include 6 Piece Wing Basket, 10 Piece Wing Basket, 10 Piece Shrimp Basket, 3 Piece Fish Basket, 2 Piece Fish Basket, etc. Additionally, the truck has various others, including Cup of Gumbo, Small Fry, Large Fry, Bowl of Gumbo, etc.

Saucy Nosh

Famous for Eggrolls and American food, Saucy Nosh is your chance to taste unique dishes! Besides, dishes such as Brisket Mac & Cheese, Peach Cobbler & Strawberry Shortcake, Caribbean Chicken, etc., form other famous delicacies of Saucy Nosh. Some of the menu items available at Saucy Nosh include Southwest Chicken Taco, Crawfish Etouffee, Street Beef Taco, Ultimate Fried Cheese Eggroll, sweet eggrolls such as Brownie Cheesecake, Apple Pecan Pie, etc.

New Food Truck Park in Houston – Working Hours & Parking Details

Thursday – Friday: 5 PM to 9 PM
Saturday, Sunday: 4 PM to 9 PM

Guest parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the food truck park. There are two entrances on Fannin St, and one entrance from South Loop West Service Road.
