New home developer Johnson Development will add 1400 new homes to its ‘farmtastic’ community Harvest Green near Houston, in an area spread across 630 acres. Amenities include community farming, open green spaces, multiple parks, several trails, Oyster Creek that winds through the new stretch for around 1.7 miles, and packs a lot of other exciting features.
Harvest Green – New Homes Near Houston
The new venture allows buyers to choose from a broad array of homes ranging from 40 to 75 feet wide. Although Harvest Green isn’t ready with pricing and builders, it will open model homes and begin sales next summer or fall. As a farmtastic community, Harvest Green, through its new homes near Houston, offers a 12-acre village farm, wherein its farm educators will grow seasonal produce and maintain its orchards, chickens, and vineyard.
Additionally, the project features many healthy living amenities that include a swimming pool, fitness center, and many others. Another exciting feature of the project is the new Messina Hof Harvest Green Winery & Kitchen, located within the community, which offers farm-fresh meals and many classic items to enjoy.
