Upcoming Missouri City, TX Events in August, September 2021
Intro to Kayaking
Saturdays, August 28 & October 2, Morning & afternoon sessions available at the Buffalo Run Park (1122 Buffalo Run Rd)
Cost: $15 solo kayak, $25 tandem kayak
This is an opportunity for children aged 10+ to learn basic kayak skills, including safety, basic strokes, concepts in craft handling, and identifying hazards. Children from 10 to 15 years of age must use a tandem kayak and have an adult in the craft with them at all times. Click here to register online, or call 281-403-8637.

Mario Kart Tournament
Mario Kart- Saturday, August 28, 2:00 PM, Warzone- Friday, September 3, 7:00 PM Online
Cost: Free

Lasertag Family Night
September 10 (Friday) 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Co-Ed, Community Center
Cost: $10 per group of 4 people. In case your group is more than four people, please register separately.
This is an evening of family competition at the Community Center. It will feature laser tag matches.
Oktoberfest
Saturday, September 18, 4:00–7:00 PM, Quail Valley City Centre (2880 La Quinta)
Cost: Free
Come with your family to experience traditional German culture. Also, you will get to enjoy authentic German music, games, food, and beverages from local vendors. Further, take part in costume contests, beer stein-hoisting competitions, and ax throwing. This year’s new attraction is the Inaugural Wiener Dog Race.
