Santa’s Wonderland Texas is not just about dazzling lights. It’s a full Texas Christmas Experience. It’s a happy place that exists to protect and perpetuate the actual essence and “Spirit” of Christmas! There is a reason why people return yearly with their families. Just enough changes each year to make it fresh. However, the traditional attractions are still there, like Texas Santa, Marshall Frostbite (a 7-foot tall snowman mascot), and the hayride.

With Santa’s Hayride Tour, enjoy breathtaking views, open visibility, merry Christmas music, freshly bundled hay, and higher seating for excellent views on Santa’s Hayride as you travel the area illuminated with more than 4 million sparkling holiday lights!
A separate ticket from the general admission ticket is required for the Horse and Carriage Tour. Up to six people can fit in the carriage, which can be reserved as a whole. For those families that would want the added privacy away from lines and crowds, this is the ultimate pick!
Santas Wonderland Texas – Santa’s Station
Meet Mrs. Claus. At Santa’s Station, Mrs. Claus is ready to greet all the young boys and girls. When it’s not Christmas, enquire about her famous cookies. She is eager to meet you soon!
Write Letters to Santa. Come create the perfect letter to Santa with the Post Master at Santa’s Station! The quickest and most direct way to deliver your Christmas list to Santa is through his mailbox!
Nice or Naughty List. Find out if you’re on Santa’s Nice or Naughty list by visiting Tinsel the Elf! You’ll even receive a certificate from the North Pole that declares if you’re on the Nice or Naughty List from Tinsel!
Meet Santa at Santa’s Station. When you arrive at Santa’s Station, proceed to where you can pay a quick visit. Just keep an eye out for the enormous black cowboy hat and large black boots!

Santa’s Wonderland Photos
No surprise that there are lots of opportunities to take pictures at Santa’s Wonderland – whether you want to take selfies at the numerous instagrammable spots spread across Santas Wonderland or take photos with Santa.
The Walkable Trail of Lights has many distinctive displays and picture opportunities for the ideal Texas Christmas memories. Also located in Santa’s Farm is Santa’s Lone Star Lane which has a large Lone Star, the iconic Peacemakers Chapel, and other wonderful opportunities for Santa’s wonderland photos can be found along this winding road.
Also located in Santa’s Farm is the Santa’s Barnyard where friendly farm animals are always ready to pose with you! If you are a Longhorn fan, then you must take pictures with Poncho the leading Longhorn for Santa.
The Giant Texas flag offers another photo opportunity. You can either buy a professional photo or take yours for free! Finally, the very popular Texas Snow Globe offers a chance to take snow pictures in Texas!
Santas Wonderland Texas – Santa’s Farm
Illuminations Ice Skating Add-On. At our Illuminations Ice Arena, experience authentic outdoor ice skating. Skate beneath the Texas Stars while wearing a pair of skates!
Frostbite’s Snow Playground. Come play in Santa’s Wonderland snow globe in Texas! Create snowballs, snowmen, angels in the snow, and other snow-themed memories! Admission includes access to our Snow Playground!
Walkable Trail of Lights. Only accessible on foot, this side route is jam-packed with distinctive displays and picture opportunities to fill your photo books with the ideal Texas Christmas Memories.
Nativity Scene. Meet some of the living animals that were at the manger as you gather around to watch a more personal visual depiction of the story of Christ’s birth along the Walkable Trail of Lights.
West Pole Express Train Depot. This spectacular train takes passengers of all ages on a beautiful, one-of-a-kind train experience and is completely decked with hundreds of LED Christmas lights.
Santa’s Lone Star Lane. A large Lone Star, the iconic Peacemakers Chapel, and other wonderful opportunities for Santa’s wonderland photos can be found along this winding road.

Santa’s Barnyard -Petting Corral & Pony Rides. Welcome to the Texas-sized petting zoo at Santa’s Wonderland! These friendly farm animals, including deer, sheep, and camels, are eager to meet you! Prepare your camera!
Cowboy Christmas Corral. The Cowboy Christmas Corral offers participatory entertainment and trick roping in Texas style every night.
Get Deputized. Earn your deputy badge by pledging to uphold and preserve the “Spirit of Christmas”!
Poncho the Longhorn. Meet Poncho, the leading Longhorn for Santa! On Santa’s Farm, he is at his corral. Come say hey or take pictures with him!
Santa’s Horse Barn. Meet a few of Santa’s favourite four-legged pals who are enjoying some downtime after working so hard to pull the Horse and Carriage Tours!

Frostbite’s Mountain. Marshall Frostbite and Santa have accomplished the impossible! Take a tube and zoom down one of the franticly fun snow tubing lanes.
Meet Marshall Frostbites. A giant, fluffy snowman disguised as a Texas lawman named Marshall Frostbite serves as the guardian and defender of the “Spirit of Christmas.”
Texas Snow Globe Experience. Playing in the snow is a unique photo opportunity, and you could even make some new animal friends there.
Lone Star Grand Illumination. Step below the Grand Illumination to see the lights, music, and opportunity to take photographs all around the show or a selfie next to the giant polar bear statues that are on watch!
Santa’s Livestock and Rodeo Barn. Santa’s mechanical bull is still one of Santa’s Wonderland’s most well-liked and challenging attractions, even deep in the middle of Texas!
Texas Longhorn Photo Experience. For the most authentically Texan picture imaginable, climb aboard the Texas Longhorn, grab him by the horns, and yell “Cheese.”

Parking on-site does seem to sell out quickly. We strongly advise getting a parking permit in advance! Additionally, if you bought a parking permit ahead of time, kindly familiarize yourself with the parking map and have your permit drawn up and prepared for the attendant to scan! Santa’s Wonderland Texas – 2022 Dates
Santa’s Wonderland is similar to other attractions like Schlitterbahn Water Park, Fiesta Texas, The Texas Renaissance Festival, and Six Flags in that weekends are significantly busier than weekdays.
So please be ready for more people and lengthier waits if you intend to visit on a weekend. Additionally, both weekends and weekdays get significantly busier and more crowded as the holiday season draws nearer.

So, when does Santa’s Wonderland open? Santa’s Wonderland is open from 11th November to 30th December.
The timings are: Mondays – Thursdays: 6 pm – 11 pm | Fridays: 6 pm – Midnight | Saturdays: 3 pm – Midnight | Sundays: 3 pm – 11 pm |
Santa’s Wonderland Tickets and Promo code
Santa’s wonderland tickets for General Admission are valid for one day only. Season passes are valid for “Unlimited” visits. The cost of all tickets is non-refundable. And note that children under 2 are admitted free.
Santa’s Wonderland ticket prices range from $27.95 to $52.95. You can apply for a promo code for Santa’s wonderland and get additional discounts. Each ticket has a $2.25 service charge, and all tickets and service charges are subject to an 8.25% tax rate.

Frostbite’s Meals Village offers a huge selection of excellent food for your delight! You may check out Bandera BBQ, Palo Duro Pete’s Pizzeria, and many other alternatives for Burgers, Pizza, and other food items. There are several sweet treats available, including funnel cakes and cupcakes, at Maw’s Bakery and other locations. There are also mini meals like S’mores, kettle corn, and more from The Roasting Company. Additionally, there are drinks from St. Nick’s Draw and other places. Also, note that outside food and beverages are not permitted within Santa’s Wonderland.
