uh vs Cincinnati

Your Houston Cougars take on the No. 25 Cincinnati Bearcats Saturday inside TDECU Stadium, and it’s sure to be one of the most exciting things going on in the city.

The best part? Houston On The Cheap readers get access to some low-priced tickets! The deal — four game tickets + four concession vouchers only for $100 — make this a no-brainer family activity.

Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at TDECU Stadium, but you can make a day of it by showing up early and taking part in all the pregame activities!

Check out the premiere pregame tailgate party: The UH RedZone. There is something for everyone at the RedZone, in the climate-controlled indoor practice facility next to TDECU Stadium. Fans have a variety of food and beverage options for purchase. The RedZone also features plenty of entertainment, including live music, interactive games, and activities! The facility opens to fans holding RedZone passes (which can be purchased here for as little as $5) three and a half hours prior to kickoff and it remains open until 30 minutes prior to kick off, giving fans enough time to enter the stadium for the big game. If you have kids 13 and under, you will want to stop by the Shasta Square Kids Zone to enjoy games, inflatables and get a temporary tattoo! You don’t want to miss the all-important Cougar Walk, led by head coach Dana Holgorsen and his players two hours and 15 minutes before kickoff.

Houston is coming off a 46-25 win over North Texas and hopes to carry that momentum against Cincinnati, which just beat UCF, 27-24. Cincinnati is led by quarterback Desmond Ritter, who has thrown for 10 touchdowns this season. UH quarterback Clayton Tune looks for his second start of the year, coming off a game where he threw for 124 yards and a touchdown in addition to rushing for over 100 yards.

Don’t miss a chance to watch your hometown college football team as they make take on a tough conference foe inside TDECU Stadium. Get your tickets for the big game now!
