Howl-O-Ween Fest

Here’s a spooktacular event where you’re actually encouraged to bring your furry, four-legged friend along with you!

Bridgeland is hosting a “Howl-O-Ween Fest” from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Oak Meadow Park in Cypress. The event not only gives you a chance to enjoy some Halloween fun with your dog, but also give local shelters an opportunity to promote the dogs they have up for adoption.

And there are going to be plenty of great food trucks at the event — so make sure to come hungry!

First thing you should know: This event is FREE! Of course, whatever you buy from the food trucks will run you a few bucks, but all of the activities, from puppy yoga to the Houston Disc Dogs and Dock Diving competition, will be for your viewing pleasure at no cost!

There are plenty of activities that your dog can partake in, from various stage shows to a doggie fashion show.

But the fun isn’t just for canines, there are activities for humans, too!

Your kiddos will also be plenty busy at the craft station, a kids zone with bounce houses, face painting, and balloon artists. There’s even a virtual reality gaming truck that’ll be on site. Some of these activities are complimentary while others will charge a small fee, and all proceeds will be donated to the participating rescue groups.

And, of course, you will also have an opportunity to potentially give a shelter dog a furever home! The following rescues will be at the event:

And then here are the exhibitors who will be showing off their products and services:

It’s hard to imagine a Halloween event that offers more fun for everyone in your family, human and dogs alike!

Bridgeland is a planned community in Cypress. Oak Meadow Park is located at 17730 House Hahl Road.
