Depot Day Fall Fest

This fall season, Tomball is the place to be! Join the community in honoring their roots during National Railroad Month.

This one-day event will have a Lionel O-scale, Z-scale, and G-scale model railroads. The largest annual quilt exhibition in the United States. The festival regularly draws 55,000 visitors from more than 35 nations. There are over 1,000 booths where you can purchase quilts, fabric, materials, and crafts. Additionally, there are more than 500 seminars and talks for people of various skill levels. More than 1,600 quilts and original textile art pieces are on show at the festival.

Houston Cinema Arts Festival, the most ambitious of the HCAS initiatives, is a multi-day event that takes place across multiple venues and features over 50 narrative, documentary, and experimental films, as well as cutting-edge video and media installations, live performances using multiple media, panel discussions, Meet the Makers workshops, and free student field trip screenings.

The 74th Annual H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade is one of the nation’s oldest Thanksgiving Day parades. Several hundred thousand Houstonians fill the streets to support the participants each year.
