Boys Take Center Stage: Houston Ballet Academy’s Boys Workshop
Houston Ballet Summer Camp 2024
The Houston Ballet Academy recognizes the importance of dance for boys and offers a dedicated Boys Workshop for male dancers ages 8-15. This week-long program provides a welcoming environment for boys to explore their creativity, develop their strength and coordination, and gain the fundamental skills needed to excel in ballet.
The Boys Workshop is designed to nurture a love of dance in boys of all backgrounds and experience levels. Through a combination of ballet technique classes, strengthening exercises, and repertoire exploration, instructors will help young dancers build a strong foundation in ballet while fostering their unique talents.
Camp dates: August 5-9, 2024
- Ages 8-12 (with little to no experience): 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Ages 10-15 (with at least 3 years experience): 4:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Tuition: $295.00; due at the time of registration.

The Nutcracker Workshop
Houston Ballet Summer Camp 2024: Nutcracker
Theme-based on Houston Ballet’s The Nutcracker, students will learn about the story explore and create movement and crafts to reflect the ballet. Tuition includes 2 tickets to Houston Ballet’s The Nutcracker performance on either December 1 at 6:30 pm, or December 13 at 7:30 pm.
Camp dates: August 5-9, 2024
- Ages 4-5: 10 AM – 12 PM
- Ages 6-8: 1 PM – 3 PM
Cost: $295.00; due at the time of registration.

Free Preschool Open House
Houston Ballet Summer Camp 2024

This is a fantastic opportunity for you and your child to meet the instructors, experience a sample class, and ask any questions you may have.
