WOW, this event will be a LEGO fan’s dream come true! Don’t miss the grand opening fun at the brand-new LEGO Store in Houston’s Galleria Mall March 26-28. Help build an 8-ft. LEGO R2D2 with Master Builder Dan Steininger all weekend and receive a LEGO Star Wars Certificate of Achievement for helping, while supplies last. Dan will offer building tips and trivia contests throughout the day. The building fun is Friday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sunday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Kids (and kids-at-heart) can play with hands-on LEGO play materials in the store. The first 300 folks to spend $35 in the LEGO Store on Saturday will receive the exclusive, limited-edition Bull Rider LEGO set. On Sunday, the first 300 folks to spend $35 will receive a free LEGO Mini-figure child’s t-shirt.
The LEGO Store is located on the second floor of Houston Galleria One near Border’s.
Just FYI. The Lego store is not next to Borders at all! It is on the second floor near Victoria Secret.
