princess day houston astros

Who said baseball game attire has to be limited to hats and jerseys? Certainly not our World Series Champion Houston Astros! They’re inviting all princesses and their families to put on their royal best for a lovely afternoon at the ballpark on Sunday, June 30.

Dressing up as a fairy tale princess and getting to meet the likes of Cinderella and Snow White is a small part of the fun during Princess Day at Minute Maid Park. A special gathering will be taking place in Union Station exclusively for Princess Day add-on ticket holders.

Some of the must-see features of Princess Day include:

  • Real, Live Princesses!
  • Tea Party Station
  • Make-Your-Own Princess Crown Station
  • Princess Storytelling Station
  • Themed Photo Booth
  • Games, Dancing, and Royalty Training

In addition to spending the afternoon in the company of royalty, each princess will also receive her very own Astros princess jewelry set.

To enjoy this magical event, your princess and each member of her court must have a ticket to the June 30 game versus the Seattle Mariners, plus a Princess Day ticket. Check out our guide on how to get cheap Astros game tickets. Once you have your game tickets, Princess Day activities can be added on for only $40. Children 2 and under are free as long as they plan to sit on an adult’s lap.

The first pitch is planned for 1:10 p.m., with gates opening at 11:10 a.m. Plenty of time to wake up, get ready, and head to Minute Maid Park for an enchanting afternoon full of sparkles, magic and smiles.
