The 10th Annual Albatross Old Smokey Throwdown is back this weekend! Gather your team and join the competition now. Each team should consist of one chief cook and no more than four assistants. And all entries must be cooked on a stock old smokey pit. Once everything’s cooked, the meats will be judged by the public.
