I love that spring in Greater Houston is about to get a little more colorful with the Pearland Grand Arts & Eats 2026. This free, community-driven festival will take over the historic Old Townsite District on Grand Boulevard, turning a stretch of Texas history into a full day of art, live music, and local flavor.
Though it only debuted in 2025, the festival has quickly grown into one of Pearland’s most anticipated spring events. Find all the important details below.

Can’t-Miss Highlights
Beyond the market and the music, the festival layers in a few extra touches that make it worth staying for the full day. Here’s what to look out for:
- Artist Alley in Zychlinski Park — The historic park setting, colorful booths, and live music in the background make this a natural spot to slow down, browse, and soak in the atmosphere.
- Photo walls – The festival made its debut in 2025 with an interactive photo wall, a detail worth watching for in 2026. Keep an eye on the official page as the event date approaches for any new installations or additions to the program.
Pearland Grand Arts & Eats 2026: Plan Your Visit

A little planning goes a long way toward getting the most out of your day at the festival. Here’s everything you need to know before you go.
- Getting There: The festival takes place at 2314 N Grand Boulevard in Pearland’s Old Townsite District. If you’re coming from Houston, it’s roughly a 30-minute drive south via Highway 288. Street parking is available along Grand Boulevard and in the surrounding areas near the park.
- Timing: Arriving early gives you first pick at the artist booths and a good spot near the stage before the crowds build up. The farmers’ market vendors also tend to sell out of popular items as the day goes on.
- Dress for the Weather: Late April in Pearland means warm temperatures and high humidity. Wear light, breathable clothing and bring sunscreen. The event is held outdoors along Grand Boulevard and in Zychlinski Park, so comfortable shoes also matter.
- Bring cash. While some vendors may accept cards, many independent artists and market vendors prefer cash. Stop at an ATM before you arrive to avoid missing out on anything you want to buy.
- Explore the Neighborhood The event sits in Pearland’s historic Old Townsite District, which is worth exploring on its own. The PearScape Trail features painted pear sculptures scattered across the city. Grab a free digital passport and see how many you can find before or after the festival. The Sri Meenakshi Temple is also nearby and is the only one of its kind outside of India, a striking stop if you want to extend your day trip.
- Dining After the Festival: If you want to continue the local food experience after the event wraps up, Pearland has a solid dining scene nearby. Favorites in the area include Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen and BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse at Pearland Town Center, as well as local spots like Vallensons’ Brewing Company.
