The Texas City Shop Local Bingo 2025 is back and bigger than ever, and I’m so excited, uniting holiday cheer with hometown pride. This community-driven initiative invites residents across Greater Houston to shop and dine in Texas City for a chance to win over $1,500 in prizes and gift cards, all while supporting small businesses that make Texas City thrive.

Here’s the schedule for the event:

Monday, Nov. 3: Pick up your Bingo card at City Hall, Moore Memorial Library, or download it online.
Monday, Nov. 17: Get social! Visit the city’s Facebook page and find the pinned Bingo post. Comment by tagging five Texas City businesses and sharing what you love about them to fill your “social media” row. If you’re joining late, there’s no need to worry. The post stays pinned until the last day of Bingo!
Monday, Dec. 15: Submit your completed Bingo cards by 5 p.m. at City Hall or the Moore Memorial Public Library.
Wednesday, Dec. 17: The excitement wraps up with the grand prize drawing during the City Commission Meeting at 5 p.m., where one lucky winner will take home the top rewards!

Playing Texas City Shop Local Bingo 2025 is as easy as shopping, dining, and having fun around town! Here’s how to join the excitement:

Shop and dine locally in Texas City anytime from now through December 15, 2025. Save your receipts from participating businesses. Each purchase helps you fill squares on your Bingo card and gets you closer to winning.
Fill a row on your card, and you’ll be entered to win special Texas City prizes, including vintage-style shirts, disc golf sets, tumblers, and other fun local goodies.
Complete the entire card, and your name goes into the drawing for the Grand Prize Basket, a treasure trove of gift cards and items generously donated by Texas City’s local businesses.

Rules

Before you start filling up your Bingo card, make sure you’re playing by the rules! Here’s what every participant needs to know to keep the Texas City Shop Local Bingo 2025 fair and fun for everyone:

Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older to join.
Receipts: Only original receipts are accepted—no photocopies or duplicates.
Eligible Businesses: The business address on all receipts must be located within Texas City.
No Duplicates: Each square on your Bingo card must represent a different business. Multiple purchases from the same shop can’t be used for separate squares.
Valid Dates: All receipts must be dated between November 3, 2025, and December 15, 2025. Purchases made outside this period will not count.
Eligibility: City of Texas City employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the grand prize.
Prize Claiming: The grand prize winner must present valid identification when claiming their prize.
