Kids Events in Houston in March 2026 (13th – 15th March)
The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston presents Moonlight Movies: Time Bandits – Join the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston for a magical evening under the stars as “Moonlight Movies” presents the cult classic Time Bandits from the sloping roof of the Glassell School of Art. Follow a young boy and a band of time-traveling dwarves through history on a quest for treasure with premium sound provided via personal headsets.
The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs! – Enter the jury box at Piggsylvania’s Trial of the Century to hear the Big Bad Wolf finally tell his side of the story in this musical adaptation of the hit children’s book. Decide if a sneeze-gone-wrong is a valid excuse while watching the Pigs attempt to sway the jurors with a splashy puppet show and razzle-dazzle songs.
Discovery Green presents Screen on the Green: How to Train Your Dragon – Enjoy a family movie under the stars at Discovery Green for a special screening of the 2025 live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon. You’re invited to bring blankets, camping chairs, and a picnic, or you can purchase tasty snacks and drinks at The Lake House.
