Then, explore the vibrant RISE night market at night, boasting over 30 vendors showcasing delectable food, exquisite artisan crafts, and unique retail finds. I can almost promise you’ll find something to buy!
The Chinese Lantern Festival is back at the Houston Botanic Garden, and it’s bigger and brighter than ever. Immerse yourself in a world of wonder with larger-than-life lantern installations that celebrate the beauty of nature and the promise of the Lunar New Year.
Wander through a mile-long path filled with over 50 stunning displays, perfect for capturing unforgettable moments for your social media feeds. From a massive iridescent dome to a life-sized Chinese palace, every corner of the garden is transformed into a magical wonderland. This event is always one of my favorites and we’re definitely making a return trip!
Texas Lunar Festival
Immerse yourself in a vibrant cultural experience at the Texas Lunar Festival with a dazzling array of performances, engaging demonstrations, and mouthwatering food.
And if you can’t make it in person, don’t worry! The festival will be broadcast live on STV 21.8, bringing the excitement directly to your home.
First Saturday Arts Market: The Lovers Market Valentine Edition
This beloved Houston tradition, now in its 21st year, returns with a special pre-Valentine’s edition. Discover a treasure trove of unique and handcrafted creations from dozens of talented local artists.
In addition to the usual shopping, there will also be free live music, along with food truck bites, beer, and vino for purchase.
Following the roaring success of last summer’s show, Jackie L Entertainment brings you “We Just Jokin: DMV to HTown 2,” an explosive evening of live comedy and entertainment at Moth, just north of Downtown and I-10.
Prepare to be side-split by the uproarious wit of DMV’s comedic sensations, Tony Spoon and Oral Henery, alongside the captivating Comedy Central and Hulu star, Keisha Hunt.
The show will be hosted by Houston’s own Christian Alexander, along with DJ T Hill from DC.
